Gluten free cookie bars

My grandma used to make Marzipan bars and they are a family favorite.  However, they aren’t quite the same when made gluten free and egg free.  This year I decided to try gluten free goddess Raspberry Coconut-Almond bars.

OMG! These are amazing.  Sorry Grandma, but they beat the Marzipan bars.  Although Karina (goddess) says to cut them into 18 bars, I did 24 bars.  They are really sweet, even for me.
