1 medium spaghetti squash

½ cup chopped apples

¼ cup raisins

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup chopped almonds

 

1.  Steam the halved squash until done, about 15 minutes

2.  Dice the squash, then toss in the remaining ingredients

Leftovers are great cold and work well for breakfast!!!
